Booking + Availability

How do I book 830 Productions?

Use the booking form on the main site and include your project type, preferred date, location, and notes. We reply with next steps, availability, and a quote or confirmation.

How far in advance should I reach out?

For events and campaign shoots, reach out as early as possible. One to four weeks is ideal for most projects, while rush work depends on current availability.

Can you hold a date without payment?

Dates are not fully locked until the booking details and payment terms are confirmed. If a deposit is required, the date is reserved once that deposit is received.

Do you shoot on Saturdays?

No. 830 Productions takes Friday night to Saturday night off. Thanks for understanding and planning around that window.

Can I reschedule?

Usually, yes, depending on availability. Send a support request as soon as possible with your original date and the new date you want.

What services do you offer?

830 Productions handles photography, videography, event coverage, real estate packages, social reels, brand films, commercial campaigns, and custom production work.

Do you travel?

Yes. Travel can be included in the quote depending on distance, schedule, and project scope.

Can you help plan the shoot?

Yes. We can help shape the shot list, timing, visual references, locations, and delivery needs so the shoot day stays focused.

What should I send before a shoot?

Send the date, location, timeline, contact info, goals, style references, brand rules, must-have shots, and any deadlines that matter.

Can you match our brand style?

Yes. Share your brand guide, examples, colors, past content, and anything you want to avoid. We will align the shoot and edit direction around that.

Editing + Delivery

How fast is delivery?

Typical turnaround is about 7 days, depending on the size of the project. Rush delivery may be available when the schedule allows.

How will I receive my files?

Final files are usually delivered through a download link, gallery, or shared folder depending on the project type and file size.

What file formats do you deliver?

Photo projects are commonly delivered as high-quality JPG files. Video projects are usually delivered as MP4 files, with format adjustments available when needed.

Do you shoot in RAW?

Yes. RAW capture is used when it supports the project and improves flexibility in post-production.

Can I get the RAW files?

RAW files are not included in standard packages. RAW buyout options may be available for qualifying commercial projects.

Can I request revisions?

Yes. Revision terms depend on the project scope. Clear notes with timestamps, file names, or frame references help us make changes faster.

Payments + Shop

How do payments work?

Shop products use Stripe checkout. Service projects are quoted directly and paid according to the confirmed project terms.

I bought something from the shop. Where is it?

Check the email address used at checkout for your receipt or download information. If you still do not see it, send the support form with the order email and product name.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds depend on the product or service and whether work, access, or delivery has already begun. Send the details and we will review the request.

Can I change the email on my order?

Send the support form with the original checkout email, the correct email, and the product or project name so we can locate it.

Who do I contact for legal or licensing questions?
